Basic
- Free

Developer
- $29 or 3% of monthly AWS spend
- Good for when you want to experiment with AWS
- One primary contact, can ask technical questions via the Support Center
- Response 12–24 hours during business hours
Business
- $100 a month but scales on usage
- Good for small to medium size companies with a decent sized user base
- Help with third-party software
- Full Access to AWS trusted Adviser to optimise your AWS infrastructure
- Access to the Support API for automating support cases
- 27x7 support by phone and chat
- 1 hour response time to urgent support cases.
Enterprise
- $15,000 a month but scales on usage
- Good for enterprise and companies with a large user base
- Contains all the features in the Business Plan
- Assigned a Technical Account Manager AKA known as (TAM) (provides guidance and best practices)
- A Support member to provider billing and account analysis.
- Event Management to help support product launches
- A 15 minute response to critical cases.
